Add/Edit Account

■Add Account

Add the account on the screen tapping "Add Account" at the bottom of the filer's top screen.

The following various accounts can be added.
Tap each item to open the settings screen.
Up to 2 accounts can be added in the free version, and up to 50 accounts can be added in the paid version.

FTP
SMB(e.g., Windows servers and NAS devices)
Dropbox
Google Drive
OneDrive
SSH Terminal
Git


■Edit Account

You can edit, reorder, and delete accounts by tapping "Edit" in the upper right corner of the filer's top screen.
To edit, tap an account; to reorder, grab and drag the three-line icon on the far right; to delete, tap the red mark at the top.


■Add/Edit FTP

Go to FTP page.


■Add/Edit SMB

Tap "SMB" from Add Account to add SMB.
Tap “Edit” to edit the settings by tapping the account.

* If you are unsure of your settings at a company or school, check with your system representative.
* For FTP / SFTP addition / editing, see the FTP page.

name Specify an appropriate account name (server name).
IP Address or server name Specify the IP Address or server name.
Refer to the example for the specification method.
user Specify the user name to log in.
password Specify a password.
Initial folder Specify the folder to be displayed when connecting.
Restore last folder location This is the setting to display the last folder last time when connected.
If this is turned ON, the initial folder is ignored.
Root folder For a Web server, specify the folder that corresponds to the site root.
If there is a description of the root path specification (example: href = "/ common / style.css") when HTML previewing the files in this account, the folder specified here will be the root.
If not specified, the top of the account will be the root folder.

■Add/Edit Dropbox

If you add Dropbox, you can open and editfiles in Dropbox without using the Files app or Dropbox software.
Operations such as grep search target, FTP local specification, and file copy are also possible.

Tap "Dropbox" to add an account.
Tap “Dropbox Login” on the “Add Dropbox” screen to open the login screen. Follow the instructions. The email address of the account is automatically entered in "Dropbox User".
Other specifications are made as necessary, and it will be added with "Done".
Tap “Edit” to edit the settings by tapping the account.

name Specify a name if necessary. The default is “Dropbox”.
Dropbox users Enter the email address of the account you logged in automatically.
Initial folder Specify the folder to be displayed when connecting.

Root folder For a Web server, specify the folder that corresponds to the site root.

■Add/Edit Google Drive

If you add Google Drive, you can open and edit files in Google Drive without using the File App or Google Drive dedicated software.
Operations such as grep search target, FTP local specification, and file copy are also possible.

Tap "Google Drive" from "Add account" on the top screen of the filer to add it.
Tap “Google Drive Login” on the “Add Google Drive” screen to open the login screen. Follow the instructions. The email address of the account is automatically entered in "Google Drive account email address".
Other specifications are made as necessary, and it will be added with "Done".
Tap “Edit” on the top screen of the filer, then tap the account to edit the settings.

■Add/Edit OneDrive

You can open and edit files in OneDrive without using File App or OneDrive's dedicated software.
It is also possible to specify the file as a search target for grep, FTP to the local side, and copy the file.
Internet connection is required.

*There is no functionality to set up or share OneDrive itself.
*Personal Vault and application folders are not supported.
*OneDrive Bussiness sharing and SharePoint are not supported.

Under "Add Account," tap "OneDrive" to add it.
Tap "OneDrive Sign In" on the "Add OneDrive" screen to open the sign-in screen. The user name of the account will automatically be entered in the "OneDrive Account User Name" field.
If necessary, make other settings and tap "Done" to add the account.

■Add/Edit SSH Terminal

Go to SSH Terminal page.


■Add/Edit Git

Go to Git version control function page.
